Can you share a success story using Allurez?
No, you won't have any success with them as they are organized scammers posing as a business. They advertise you a fancy product that they won't be able to deliver. Fake gems, substandard workmanship, fake appraisals, false advertisement is all you will get from them. I genuinely believe that they solicit and write themselves any good reviews that you may see. They'll take your money though!

Very difficult. They either don't answer, or answer and then never get back to you. There is no accountability in that place it seems. I have tried e-mail, phone, text this week to get the status of my jewelry repair and can't get a hold of anyone. I'm going to tell Discover that they have the jewelry back in their possession and to make my temporary credit a permanent one.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Allurez?
So long as you are trying to spend your coins, it's easy. When you're trying to get your money back and return the subpar product and/or request that they fix anything that is when you'll see that they pick and choose when they want to communicate with you. They are organized scammers!

Someone will answer the phone - but they can not help you in any way. That's literally what they will tell you. They lie and say someone who can help will call you back. But they NEVER will.

Scam! After putting in an initial order for the peice concerned I contacted Allurez to see if it was possible to customise my order to which they responded yes. Great, I thought, and will we have enough time to get it to the uk for Christmas?... Next thing I new it had been sent! No further communication regarding the customisation until it was to late. The gift did get here in time for Christmas but not only is the chain attached far to big for the wrist intended it wasn't a unique gift as I had hoped and was sent Without confirmation of approval. Tried to contact customer Allurez customer services on many occasions to discuss but to no avail. All this aside we decided to adjust the piece here in the uk only to receive a £90 import tax and legal action from Fed Ex some 2 months later! Again tried to contact Allurez customer service to discuss but have only had a lot of disjointed replies assuring me that I'd be contacted soon and wasn't. Can't believe the lack in customer care this company has failed to provide. We are now stuck with a bracelet that doesn't fit, wasn't finished to my request and cost $150 more than advertised. Such a disappointment! UK BUYERS BE WARNED!
